Finance Minister’s Plenipotentiary for Capital Market Development

Katarzyna Szwarc is the High Representative of the Minister of Finance for Strategy of Capital Market Development. She holds an MPA from the London School of Economics and a Masters in Law from the University of Warsaw. She acquired her professional experience working as, among others, the Head of Policy & Regulation at the Polish Energy Exchange and the Policy & Government Affairs Manager at the New York Stock Exchange (intercontinental Exchange) in London. She was also a Policy Fellow at the LSE Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment with the focus on sustainable finance and just transition.
